Why Oenomel School?
We are open Monday through Friday except on public holidays. The school uniform is worn everyday with white stockings and black pair of covered shoes except on Thursdays when pupils are dressed in sportswear,white stockings and a pair of trainers for Physical and Health Exercises(PHE).
We have a team of experienced professionals(Educators) who use our wide range of styles and resources to excite,motivate and challenge pupils within the age of 18months and 11 years to succeed. Our school encourages pupils from eighteen months(18mnths) to eleven years(11yrs).

The School Policy
We keep pace with the national standards and the demands of the changing world. Our subjects include Mathematics, English studies, Social Studies, ICT, Art, Music, and Creative Movements, Nigerian Language, Practical Life, Sensorial Education e.t.c
All text books and exercise books must be provided for the child by the parents on enrollment.
Excursions are organized every term for all the classes and are compulsory for all children.
Every child must belong to a club/ society in the school. These clubs and societies are; Brownies, Boys scout, Red Cross, Science club, Debating and Drama club, Swimming club, Ballet/Dance, taekwondo club, Lego work/Robotics etc.
Health
Immunization process of the children must be in progress or completed on registration in the school evidence of which should be attached to the enrollment form. Your consent would be sought for before your child can be immunized in the school during the routine immunization of children by Lagos State Ministry of Health.
The school strongly advice that children who are not feeling well should not be sent to school. Especially for health issues as fever, diarrhea and vomiting, sore throat, acute cough mumps measles, chickenpox, conjunctivitis ring worm etc.
If a child falls sick while at school, he/she will be taken to the school’s sick bay for monitoring while the parents are called to come and take the child to a proper hospital. The parents could also advice the school on what to do pending their arrival. The school can only give first aid on external wounds and sponging in the case of fever but would not give child any medication to ingest without your consent.
Payment of Fees
Fees are paid every term into the School’s account (Bank details will be provided). All fees are paid on or before resumption of a new term.
Attendance
The school is open Monday through Friday except on holidays. Pupils must be in school by 7:45am on these days in order not to miss the school assembly. The school closes by 3:00pm Monday through Thursday and 1:00pm on Friday. Co-curricular activities will hold on Wednesdays between 2:00pm and 3:00pm and Fridays 12:00pm to 1:00pm. There is also After School Care Service until 6pm.
The pupils are expected to be in school on these days in their appropriate school uniform which is as follows;
Monday, Wednesday and Friday: The grey and white, wine red tie white stockings and black shoes.
Thursday: Sportswear and a pair of trainers.
Hair extensions and beads are not allowed on the girls' hair while the boys’ hair should be kept very low always.
Procedures
All enquiries should be made at the Administrative office. Complaints should also be made at the same place.
Notify the school authority if a child is going to be away for more than one day.
Home work: Home work must be done and returned to school as at when due. The homework missed while absent will also be completed on return.
School/Home communication on matters that affect the children and the school(excursions, state immunization season etc.) will be maintained.
For physical fitness activities and development, the school has made provision for indoor and outdoor activities. As we are committed to creating seamless opportunities for our pupils. We offer a diverse range of co-curricular activities in form of societies and clubs. These clubs are run by teachers and other private providers.
